Pontiac51's Slot Race

Back on the track, this time its Indianapolis. A bunch of promising rookies there like "Leo", "Gockl" and "Kleiner". Everyone agreed that this track was a tough one especially the first chicane. So some didnt even care about fast laptimes, they just wanted to finish. "Pontiac51" grabbed the pole driving a new lap record. After the qualify the field looked like this:

Many DNF's here, "Reaper" made it for A, getting his first victory because all others did a DNF in the first race.
So "Strassi", "Werner", "Kleiner" and "Leo" competed in Class B.

"Viking" and "Pontiac51" driving both enough points to go up to A, not much points left this time for "Nathalie" and "Manuel".
"Manuel", "Gockl", "Inventor" and "Werner" would setlle positions 9-12 in the C-final.

Talk about close racing here, nice and unexpected quality racing for a C-final. A tiebreaker for 3 finally settled positions from 9-11.
"Nathalie", "Suom", "Leo" and "Strassi" would settle positions from 5-8 in this B-final.

"Nathalie" was a little bit angry not being at the A-final as usual, the qualify hinderd her. And then "Strassi" won the tiebreaker against her to gather 5th place in the finals.
"Viking" and "Pontiac51", old friends in final rounds against "Reaper" and "Kleiner".
A-Final

"Pontiac51" did a DNF in the first heat, but "Viking" could not score, "Kleiner" was faster. The second heat saw "Viking" in front and "Pontiac51" in second. After the third heat it was 8 pts for "Reaper" and 16 pts for everybody else. So the 4th heat would be for all or nothing. "Reaper" quitted in the first chicane, "Viking" and "Pontiac51" side by side all the time, "Kleiner" not far behind. In the last hairpin of the final lap "Viking" lost control and so "Pontiac51" scored the win and "Kleiner" got up to second.
So the "Grand Prix Champion Trophy" and the "Pole Position Trophy" for "Pontiac51", the "Runner Up Award" for "Strassi" and the "Steadiness Award" for "Werner".
